I fell in love with the Transylvania collection from La DoubleJ the moment I saw it. The bold red designs seem like they are right out of Alice in Wonderland. Can’t you just imagine the Queen of Hearts sitting down at this table?
I loved using all of the pieces I have from the collection together in one table design. It’s definitely a maximalist statement. I know that maximalism isn’t for everyone, so don’t be afraid to try out one colorful or patterned piece at a time. For example, the napkins would add a pop to a neutral table with white plates and rattan placemats. You could also use the placemats with a flax colored linen tablecloth for a more classic look. I know I will reach for pieces from this collection again and again. If you like color and pattern, then I think you will love La DoubleJ’s homeware collection. Cheers!
